All flights for the Unbridled Circle of Excellence will be booked through our preferred travel agency, Unbridled Travel, during the online registration process.

Unbridled Travel will provide you with competitive airline rates. However, if you choose to book your own air travel, we advise that you book your air BEFORE completing your registration, so we can arrange your airport transportation. A $35.00 service fee per ticket will be added to your airfare.

All attendees should fly into San Diego International Airport (SAN).

An Unbridled Travel agent will email your travel itinerary within three business days of completing registration. You MUST respond to [email protected] or 800-747-1292 within 24 hours upon receiving your itinerary to confirm or discuss any changes to your itinerary.

Unbridled Travel business hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MT). If you require immediate assistance outside of normal business hours, please call the After-Hours Service at 866-271-3430.

All air changes, regardless of reason, will be charged to your individual credit card. If the change is business related, you may submit an expense report to your manager after the Unbridled Circle of Excellence for reimbursement.

Yes, one guest over the age of 18 is invited to join you for the Unbridled Circle of Excellence. You will have the opportunity to register them during the registration process and request their flight to the event. If you want to bring an additional guest, there is a fee of $300 per additional guest to cover the cost of meals, transportation, and activities. You will need to pay for the additional guest airfare directly with the travel team.

You will have the opportunity to submit your hotel reservation in registration.

If you plan on extending your stay at the Hotel del Coronado please request your full hotel stay on the hotel request page, including your extension.

Your additional nights will be pending hotel and planner approval. You will be notified by the planning team regarding availability, cost, and approval. You will be responsible for the cost of any additional nights. Airfare will not be booked until these additional hotel nights are confirmed.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Yes, you will be responsible for providing a personal credit or debit card at check-in to cover incidentals charged to your room.

Yes, you may request to arrive early and/or extend after. If you would like to pre- or post-extend your stay at the Hotel del Coronado, please request your dates during the registration process. All pre- and post-night expenses will be at your own expense. Attendees are eligible to receive the group rate of $249.00, plus applicable taxes and fees for 3 days before and after the main conference dates based on hotel availability.

Parking is at your own expense. You may submit an expense report to your manager after the Unbridled Circle of Excellence for reimbursement.

The registration deadline is August 1, 2024.

Coronado weather at this time of year is cool. The average high in September is 77˚ F with an average low of 66˚ F.

Attire for the Unbridled Circle of Excellence is business casual (jeans included), and you will want to pack comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing for exploring Coronado during your free time.
